Form: Consultants will every two months go to organization to discuss about one of five actions , so as to track ,review and arrange a new plan.
Output:Improvements can be observed behavioral changes though LPI amassment.
Clarify and implement leadership behavior around the management indicators.
A balance for corporate culture between management and leadership.
